This Greenwich family wanted a home that would combine old-world grandeur with all the latest amenities. Brought in after rough framing had been done, Splinter created a home that makes a bold statement from the moment you enter, starting with two grand curved stairwells.

Custom millwork throughout – from the sauna to the numerous archways to the raised paneling – provides high-end architectural detail. At the same time, modern conveniences abound, including a whole home automation system, radiant heating in the floors, a home theater, a sizable gym, and a wine cellar and tasting room.
