Splinter put a modern spin on this renovation for the CFO of a major record company. Some of the many improvements included a new kitchen, new doors and windows, interior glass walls and shadow molding throughout.

Inside, exposing the heating/cooling ductwork created a modern, industrial focal point – something to look at rather than hide. Outside, a renovated roof deck (with new walkable surfaces and steel railings) provided a fabulous space to entertain and take in the surroundings.
