This marketing agency wanted a contemporary space with more open areas and meeting rooms to match its collaborative style. Working on a tight time frame, Splinter renovated the entire second floor of the building, replacing windows, reframing the space, and redoing plumbing and electrical – all without disrupting the continuing operations of the office.

With features like rolling glass doors that double as whiteboards, sound-proofed executive offices, cool ambient and task lighting, and custom cabinetry and architectural detail, the agency has been thrilled with the new space and its clients impressed.
